I plan on asking the same questions as I had done earlier to get more feedback on my company
How fast would you expect your chipotle?
How much would you pay extra for delivery and tip?
Would you use an app?
Would you buy chipotle with charges?
How would you improve on this service.
Watch for interviews
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMJp174ln096
After these sets of interviews it has been made completely clear what my objective is. Its clear that I would have to make an App for this company and the expected time and extra money has been the same for ALL 15 INTERVIEWS. People are willing to pay $3 extra and wait 30-45 minutes for their food. improvements to be seen will be working directly with chipotle to sell the idea or co run with them. This would allow me to make a lot of base money for my idea or just have chipotle help me run it.

Week 6 Reading Reflection
1.
The biggest surprise about the reading was by
far the amount of strategy used in order to determine competition. Its crazy to
think of all of these different things when going into a brand new market.
2.
The part of the reading that was not explained
very well was the section on influencing balance. It merely states that a
company must come up with an offensive strategy but still remain in the
balance. Yet it doesn’t explain at all anything else.
3.
The first question I would ask the author is
about what different offensive strategies would lead to the best result while
still staying in the balance because as I stated earlier it was not explained
well. The second question I would ask is
why multifaceted rivalry has a huge debate about it even 50 years from the 1960
HBR article.
4.
The one place I would say the author was
mistaken was the park about barriers to entry. I do believe that many of these
aspect should be considered but if you did have a market changing idea I would
believe that a lot of these aspects would not apply

Idea Napkin No. 1
1. Some of my talents would be selling this company well to other since i have a lot of prior experience in speech and debate. My major in finance should be helpful in understanding how to properly run this company. In the future I could easily see my idea become successful in Gainesville since chipotle is one of the few items not yet possible to order.
2. First if the customer doesnt have a car that is an unmet need. Second chipotle is not able to deliver so its an unmet need to people who want chipotle. Lastly
3. College students in Gainesville who are lazy or with no form of transportation
4. Well because of the interview process, we know people want chipotle. The second thing we know is how much people are willing to pay extra. That way we can charge them based off of what people are willing to pay extra ($3)
5. CHIPOTLE DELIVERY!!! :D
I believe my company idea is going to really catch on. Many people have a chipotle obsession and if multiple orders are being placed at once, then people will be making a lot of money as a driver based on tips. A driver can pick up 5 bowls and get 3 dollar tip on each one of them. Because of this someone is making $15 an hour give or take just simply picking up peoples chipotle and delivering it. My 5 aspect all make sense because of the interviews I had done.
