Hey Michael! I think that including company cars in your strategy could greatly improve employee retention. It will also greatly increase morale within your company and lead your drivers to deliver faster and more efficiently since they are in a better position. One thing you might want to keep in mind, however is the added costs and reduction to your budget. Purchasing company cars is by no means inexpensive and the fixed costs that you will have to deal with could be a bit of a hassle and a hindrance. You can check out my blog here!

Hi Michael! I think you did a great job identifying about explaining the next steps for your company. Like you, I could find no similar product on Amazon. I think that your business idea is very unique and could have great success if you work all the details out! It is stressful to have company cars because of the costs associated.
